Policies and Procedures
Fees All class fees are due on or before the first day of class. All payments are to be made by cash, personal check, or money orders made payable to the School of Intuitive Arts and Sciences. You may pay for each class individually, or pay for all 9 classes in level one together and receive a 10% discount.

Program Withdrawal/Refund 1)Cancellation 72 hours before the class start date allows a total refund. Cancellation after that time will result in a full refund minus a $15.00 processing fee. 2)Cancellation after the first class will allow a refund within 30 days, minus the $15.00 processing fee and the amount of the first class. 3)There will be no refunds after the second class.

Attendance If a student misses class, he or she may sign up for a private session with a teacher at the rate of $25.00 per hour. Private tutoring is also available for anyone needing extra help at the same rate. Session scheduling is to be arranged by the student and teacher.

Inclement Weather Classes are not cancelled. If one-half or more of students show up for class, the class hours stand. If less than one-half of students attend or if the instructor or a substitute is unable to attend, the class will be rescheduled to the first available open date.

Class Size In order to devote individual attention to students, enrollment for most classes will be limited to 15 students per course. * Please note that based on class content and individual teacher preferences, certain classes may have more or less students.

Class Review A student may review a class he or she has previously taken, based on space availability, at the rate of 50% of the regular class fee.

Certificate of Completion A certificate of completion will be issued to students based upon completion of all course requirements in the first level of the Spiritual Mastery Program.

Teacher Certification Students who would like to become a teacher must complete all course requirements, and demonstrate proficiency through evaluation. These students will then be qualified to begin our teacher training program.

Grievances We encourage a spirit of openness and personal responsibility. When a grievance occurs, we ask that you first go to the person directly involved and try to resolve the issue. We ask that you arrange a time outside of class out of respect for the teacher and the other students. If this does not resolve the conflict, please submit the issue in writing to the school.

Environmental Policies Please be respectful of our environment and be conscientious of other peoples sensitivities and refrain from the use of strong colognes and perfumes. We maintain a smoke and tobacco free space for the health and well-being of our teachers, students and guests.
